Shipping

We are currently shipping across Canada, through Canada Post, with tracking.  Orders placed for product that is currently in stock, are typically shipped within 7 days.  Delivery times will vary depending on location, but typically range from 3 to 15 business days.  

                Disclaimer:  Lochside Pottery is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels.  Once the item is shipped, the burden of responsibility is transferred.  Please contact Canada Post for any lost, stolen, or damaged parcels.

Local Pickup

If you are located on Vancouver Island and would like to pick up your order directly, select local pickup when checking out, and you will be contacted by email to set up a date and time of pickup, once your package is ready.

Packaging

Each parcel is packaged with due care, and is packed to endure reasonable handling when shipped.  We source our boxes, corrugated cardboard packaging, and biodegradable peanuts through a local, Victoria based company.  Always striving to be as kind as possible to the environment; recycled packing materials will be used when available, and minimal use of plastic is a constant goal.

Return Policy

All sales are final; Lochside Pottery does not currently accept returns.  Although, if you by chance, receive the wrong order, or if when you receive your item(s), they have managed to break in transit, please take pictures and contact me within three days of receiving said parcel, and we will work out how to rectify the situation.
